We partnered with a French software vendor (BlueKanGo) to bring their Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) software to Singapore and the region. I am solely responsible for the customisation of the software to the local markets, the marketing and sales strategy as well as project execution. I managed to secure sales, one of them being one of the largest construction sites in Singapore.

In my first IT consulting role, I worked extensively with data, marking my entry into data engineering, visualization, and basic machine learning. Key projects included the digitalization of elderly care (Feb–Aug 2017), developing a real-time risk management tool (Oct 2016–Aug 2017), creating a service catalog (Aug–Dec 2016), and migrating QlikView applications (Jan–Jul 2016). These experiences laid the foundation for my expertise in leveraging data for impactful solutions.
